In terms of size and weight specifications, The Playstation3 weighs approximately 5kg and is roughly 325mm (W) x 98mm (H) x 274mm (D). The power usage ranges from 150200 watts during normal use, even though it has a 380 watt power supply
Connectivity
Looking at specifications for the Playstation 3 for audio, the console supports a number of formats, including 7.1 digital audio, Dolby TrueHD amongst other ones. Audio output is possible over stereo analog cables or optical digital cables. or the optical disc drive, a wide variety of DVD and CD formats are supported, as well as Blu-ray Discs (a high-density optical disc format for the storage of digital media).
There are three configurations for the Playstation 3; 20GB, 60GB and 80GB, although the 20GB is no longer available in North America due to low sales.
